THE RESTAURANT
In the small restaurant you can taste gastronomic specialities of the traditional cuisine which enhance our local products such as cow’s buffalo mozzarella PDO, buffalo meat, the fish, homemade pasta and the artichoke PGI of Paestum-.The traditional dishes are served with local extra-vergin olive oils and excellent wines of Cilento. Everyday vegetarian dishes of the Cilento cuisine are provided. On Wednesday and Saturdays, we serve the typical pizza of Cilento, baked ( in the wood- burning oven) and flavoured with cow’s buffalo mozzarella and other local ingredients. Cooked meals are prepared by using the produce of the soil of our farm in Altavilla Silentina, such as vegetables, olive oil, legumes, poultry, salami and cold pork meat, preserves in oil and fruit in season. Local fishermen provide us with fresh fish everyday and from the campsite it is possible to see them when they start on their way back at sea.
