 In the small restaurant you can taste gastronomic specialities of the traditional cuisine which enhance our local products such as cow’s buffalo mozzarella PDO, buffalo meat, the fish, homemade pasta and the artichoke PGI of Paestum-. The traditional dishes are served with local extra-vergin olive oils and excellent wines of Cilento. Everyday vegetarian dishes of the Cilento cuisine are provided. On Wednesday we serve the typical pizza of Cilento, baked (in the wood- burning oven) and flavoured with cow’s buffalo mozzarella and other local ingredients. |
